Tonawanda Dance Arts

Offered to students 8 years and older.

Musical Theater mimics Broadway performances and is fun, energetic, showy and stylized. Students will learn different styles of dance from various Broadway musicals.

Emphasis is placed on developing proper technique, as well as a sense of presentation and style.

Appropriate dance attire includes black leotard and black tights. Black dance shorts are also permitted. Students should wear Capezio® “E” Series Jazz Slip On (color: caramel) or Capezio® Suede Sole Jr. Footlight Character Shoe (color: caramel) Please check with the director before purchasing. Hair should be pulled back in a ponytail.
