Preschool

Offered to children currently three and four years old, or those who will be three years old by November 1.

The class is a combination of tap and jazz, and pre-ballet.

Children will learn basic dance steps, as well as how to take turns, count music, take direction from a teacher, and participate in a specialized classroom setting.  One of the  goals of this class is for the child to begin to gain  independence and self confidence.

Appropriate dance attire includes pink leotard and pink tights, Capezio® Jr. Tyette Tap Shoes (color: white) and Capezio® Kid’s Unisex “Daisy” Ballet Slipper (color: pink).  Hair should be pulled back in a ponytail.

Creative Combination classes are held six times a year. These themed classes will include special music, creative movement and special props associated with each theme.  Themes include Halloween, Prince and Princess, Holiday, Hipity Hop, Tiny Tumblers, and Springapalooza.

FREE COSTUME for NEW STUDENTS that enroll in the PRESCHOOL PROGRAM! Limit one costume per student.
