Offered to both beginner and experienced students 8 years and older.

Tap develops a strong sense of rhythm, coordination and agility by creating rhythmic sounds with the feet.

Emphasis is placed on developing proper technique, learning challenging combinations, and developing a sense of presentation and style. Students will also be introduced to music theory.

Appropriate dance attire includes black leotard and black tights. Black dance shorts are also permitted. Students should wear Capezio® Unisex “Xtreme” Tap Shoe (color: caramel). Hair should be pulled back in a ponytail.
