MONTHLY
TUITION WE ACCEPT INDEPENDENT HEALTH'S FLEX
FIT FAMILY CARDS, PERSONALBEST! AND HEATHCARE ALLOWANCE CARDS. WE ALSO ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD AND DISCOVER.
- There is a one time registration fee
of $25 for new students and $15 for students returning from the previous year only. It is a non-refundable
fee which must be paid before the student enters class.
- Our yearly tuition is a course fee and is broken down into nine (9) monthly installments, payable by the
first class of each month. There is a $5 late fee applied to all accounts if payment is not received by
the end of each month. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
- Refunds are not given for missed lessons or if a student decides to quit class
in the middle of a month.
- Make-up classes
are available but are not mandatory. A make-up schedule will be posted on the bulletin board.

COSTUMES NEW STUDENTS THAT ENROLL IN A COMBINATION

ONE COSTUME PER STUDENT
- The costume fee is $52 + applicable sales
taxes for combination classes and $62 + applicable sales taxes for all other classes and is due November 15. .
- The fee includes all tights, headpieces, alteration costs, and any props needed
for the dance.
- No refunds are given after costumes
are ordered, which is in early December.

We offer solos, duets, trios and quartets
for eligible students. Students must be enrolled in their second consecutive year of ballet to perform in one of these
dances. Costs are in addition to regular tuition payments.

PLEASE NOTE: All
payments are due the first week of the month. Any payment not received by the end of the month will incur a $5.00 late
fee per month. Tuition payments can be brought to the studio or mailed in the tuition payment envelopes which were provided
to the student when they registered.
