Dancer of the Month: April 2024

Welcome to our "Dancer of the Month" spotlight, where we celebrate the unique talents and vibrant personalities of our young dancers from the studio! Each month, we shine a spotlight on the shining stars who light up our dance floor with their passion, dedication, and infectious energy. From the tiniest twirlers to the seasoned performers, our dancers bring joy and creativity to every step they take. Join us as we take a closer look at the stories behind these amazing dancers and discover what makes them shine!

Alexandria Davis

Alexandria is 8 and loves wearing blue. Her favorite food? Mac and cheese, of course! When she's not dancing, she's busy playing basketball or cheering for her team. She's all about Harry Potter and dreams of being a scientist like in the books. Freeze Dance is her favorite game, and she's always the star player!

Lina Penaloza

Lina is 4 and her favorite color is green. She can't get enough of watermelon, especially on hot days. When she's not at the playground, she's reading Goodnight Gorilla and dancing around the house. Lina loves tap dancing and dreams of being a teacher one day. She's a little superstar in the making!

Olivia Chadwick

Olivia, 8, rocks pink like nobody else. She's all about dancing, synchronized swimming, and riding her dirt bike. When she's not moving, she's reading The One and Only Ivan and dreaming of being a skin doctor. Olivia's excited to try lyrical dancing next year and show off her moves!

Mariana Peña is just 2 years old and adores everything pink, especially mac and cheese! She loves dancing and playing with animals. Mariana's favorite book is Pete the Cat, and she's always pretending to be Elsa or Anna from Frozen. She dreams of being a vet and helping all the furry friends.

Mariana Peña

Mariana, at just 2 years old, has a love for the color pink and her favorite comfort food, mac & cheese, Mariana brings joy wherever she goes. She's a little dancer in the making, captivated by the rhythm and movement of dance, and her enthusiasm is infectious. When she's not twirling around the studio, Mariana can be found lost in the pages of Pete the Cat or pretending to be her favorite characters from Frozen. With dreams of becoming a vet and caring for animals, Mariana's compassion shines through in everything she does. And who knows? Maybe one day we'll see her dance with animals in a Frozen-inspired routine!

Amari McKinzie

Amari is 4 years old and a rainbow of colors and loves munching on carrots and pears. She's a busy bee, playing with her family, bunnies, and dog Doobie. Amari enjoys dancing, swimming, and crafting. She's all about Cat in the Hat and dreams of being a dancer like her teacher, Miss Sam. Amari's favorite Disney characters are Elsa, Anna, Woody, and Buzz Lightyear. What a bundle of joy!

Paizley Dransfield

Paizley is 9 years old and is all about lavender and goulash. She's into dance, soccer, and swimming. Paizley loves the movie Smile and enjoys doing acrobatics and lyrical dance. She dreams of being a model and strutting her stuff on the catwalk. Look out world, here comes Paizley!

Carissa Lorich

Carissa, 10, loves hot pink and pasta. She's into dance, skincare, clarinet, camping, and family cruises. Carissa's all about the Babysitters Club books and enjoys doing jazz and hip-hop dance. She dreams of being a professional dancer and loves playing Bean-Boozled for fun. What a cool kid!

Alyssa McGuire

Alyssa, a 17 year old senior, is all about the color blue and loves the food steak. She's into dance, shopping, beach trips, reading, and Chipotle. Alyssa loves the movie Every Summer After and enjoys lyrical dance. She dreams of being an occupational therapist and loves traveling with her mom for dance events. Alyssa's a real go-getter!

Grace Stimson

Grace is 15, loves blue and chicken fingers. She's a bit mischievous but loves lyrical dance. Grace enjoys watching Grey's Anatomy and tackling new dance combos. While she's not sure what she wants to do in the future, she's taking each day as it comes. Watch out for Grace, she's full of surprises!

As we wrap up another month of dance and celebration, we're reminded of the incredible spirit and determination that our dancers bring to the studio each day. From their boundless energy and infectious enthusiasm to their unwavering dedication and love for dance, these young performers inspire us all to dream big and reach for the stars. We're proud to call each and every one of them a part of our dance family, and we can't wait to see where their journey takes them next.
