Summer Dance: Ages 5-7

Offered to children 5-7 years old. During this class, dancers will focus on learning acrobatics skills, such as tumbling, flexibility, cartwheels, bridges, and walkovers. Acrobatics will develop flexibility and will benefit students in other dance classes. During this class, dancers will work on strength, balance, agility, flexibility, and coordination.

Appropriate attire includes comfortable clothing and bare feet.

Ballet develops discipline and technique that is essential to all forms of dance, as well as proper posture, placement, alignment.
